Accounting Officer

Our client is a leading global investment firm specializing in innovative and scalable technology companies, with a proven track record in Silicon Valley and worldwide. They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to join their team and support their financial operations.
 
As an Accounting Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. Your responsibilities will include verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, monitoring daily cash flow, conducting due diligence, and assisting with audits. You will also collaborate with various business units and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Verify and process invoices and payments to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with business units to obtain necessary payment-related documents.
Conduct due diligence to validate the legitimacy of payment requests.
Monitor and report daily cash flow to relevant departments.
Perform internal audits, spot checks, and account reconciliations.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
 
Requirements:
 
Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Chinese input.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Positive work attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a team player.
