Acquisition and Retention Manager, Online Gaming
A fast growing online gaming company is looking for an experienced Acquisition and Retention Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's acquisition and retention marketing efforts across multiple online channels. This role is responsible for development, targeted execution, and reporting of marketing strategies across the company products. You will participate in marketing strategy development in collaboration with internal and external partners and enable effective delivery of that strategy in market through actionable and measurable marketing tactic to increase customer acquisition, growth, retention, and revenue.
The ideal candidate for this Acquisition and Retention Manager position must be a customer focused individual with strong self- motivation and project management skills. You should have relevant work experience in acquisition and retention in the online gaming field. Familiar with different online media and ecommerce channels. Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in spoken and written in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
