Branch Manager, Macau

Our client, one of the leading financial institutions is looking for a Branch Manager based in Macau.

Responsibilities:
Administer and manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
Oversee operation of Commercial Insurance business in Macau.
Provide professional advice and cost-effective risks management solution to existing and new clients whenever necessary.
Retain existing business and acquire new business according to the departmental business plan.
Maintain good relationship with company's key stakeholders, business partners and clients.
Supervise and provide suitable guidance and training to staff.
Assist in formulate and update broking procedures according to the latest regulatory requirements.
Assist in handling claims under the support of the Claim Service Team. 
Ensure punctual premium settlement.
 
Requirements:
Degree holder with AAII/ FLMI/ ACII/ ANZIIF, or in good progression with insurance professional qualification.
AMCM licenses in general and long term insurance.
5 - 10 years experience in insurance/ Banking/ Financial service field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command of Chinese and English.
