Chef de Cuisine - Cantonese Cuisine

Our client, a prestigious casino resorts in South Korea is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine – Cantonese Cuisine.
 
Job Duties:
Manage overall kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations.
Supervise food production and ensure that the food quality meets and exceeds guest expectations.
 
Job Requirement:
Extensive culinary experience, specializing in Cantonese cuisine.
Experience working in five-star hotels and understanding the luxury hospitality industry and its restaurant operations.
Hands-on team management skills.
