Customer Service Executive

Currently looking for Customer Service Executive for a Malaysia BPO company, based in Malaysia or Cambodia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to live chats professionally and answer customers' inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Support any other ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Willing to work on shift
  • Being willing to relocate is highly preferred

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result oriented & disciplined.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and write in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
