Customer Service Executive
Currently looking for Customer Service Executive for a Malaysia BPO company, based in Malaysia or Cambodia.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to live chats professionally and answer customers' inquiries
- Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Support any other ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Willing to work on shift
- Being willing to relocate is highly preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in any customer service industry, preferably in a virtual environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result oriented & disciplined.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and write in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
