Customer Service Executive
One of the world’s largest online betting company is currently looking for Customer Service Executive based in Makati, Philippines.
You will be responsible to serve as a liaison between the customer and various departments, actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone, resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ideal candidate should hold at least hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate; good communication and problem-solving skills; willing to work on shift; good command of written and spoken English and either Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese or Korean.
