Director of Engineering (5-star hotel, Macau)

Our client, a world-class 5-star luxury hotel group is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to join their dynamic team based in Macau.
 
In this role as a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the  Maintenance and engineering services for the properties including electricity, water, ventilation system, equipment etc. Oversee the overall engineering budget and cost control, short and long term planning within the operation. Review and evaluate all the work progress and procedures. Manage projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary guidelines. You will lead the team to ensure the property facilities and building systems reach a top-notch condition.
 
The ideal Candidate for this role should have advanced engineering knowledge and management experience in building engineering and maintenance or related professional area, preferably with experience in the 5-star hotel or related work environment. Hands-on in developing, managing and controlling of engineering budgets. Process strong leadership, able to effectively communicate in English and Chinese.
