F&B Ambassador

A reputed luxury 5-star casino and hotel resort in Macau is currently looking for F&B Ambassador (Thai Native).
 
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality F&B services to guests in a warm, caring and professional manner
- Engage with guests and ensure they are satisfy
- Answer incoming calls and take reservations
- Maintain complete knowledge of the F&B menu items
- Mix cocktails and prepare beverages in the bar
 
Requirement:
- Must be Thai native
- Have 1 year of experience in premium customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal; passionate about customer service and engaging with guests
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
