Guest Relations Officer

A reputed luxury 5-star casino and hotel resort in Macau is currently looking for Guest Relations Officer.
 
Responsibilities:
- Process the check-in and check-out processes in a timely and professional manner
- Answer guest inquiries, resolve guest complaints and anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and decently to the guests and build rapport with the guests
- Handle and process cash transaction
 
Requirements:
- Height: Female at least 160cm / Male at least 175cm
- Have a well-groomed, outstanding appearance and good attitude
- 1 year of experience in 5-star Hotel related to Front Office/Front Desk operations
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, and knowledgeable in Cantonese
- Provide full-length photograph and portrait photo
