Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics

One of the world’s largest online betting company is currently looking for Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics based in Makati, Philippines.

You will be responsible to lead, coach, and develop the BI&A team, develop and manage Advanced Analytics partners, deliver BI&A best practices, including migrating team skills into analytics, and partnering with businesses to deliver value from information, create a system for prioritizing work across the organization.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science; 10 years of experience in business/technology field, with 5 years in technical lead and 3 years in data modeling and data visualization
- Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights
- Ability to understand and contribute to business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective BI&A solutions
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and experience with applications
- Familiar with automated data science software tools that leverages multiple models
- Experience using analytics to increase productivity and effectiveness across multiple functional areas
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, and solid organizational and time management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
