Head of Finance, South Korea

A large integrated resort in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead the finance team. 
 
In this role as the finance subject matter expert, you will be expected to lead the development of financial processes, internal controls, and other financial systems. You will be a key Finance executive working close with the Chairman and CEO , interact around budget control,  contract negotiations, and insights reporting of the ongoing new phases  pre-opening projects.
 
The ideal candidate for this role should have CPA or other internationally recognized qualification in a Finance or Accounting discipline. Possess highly developed technical accounting and finance management skills, ideally with hands-on pre-opening experience within integrated resorts or 5-star luxury hotels. You should be an enthusiastic and professional individual, with substantial practical and strategic finance management and controllership experience. Detail oriented, results driven, and a proven ability to manage financial systems. Moreover, you must have excellent communication skills,  good command in both English and Chinese.
