Head of Poker Games

A Casino in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced Head of Department of Poker Games.
 
In this position as a Department Head of Poker Games, you will be responsible for planning and managing the poker operations through tournament and poker games related events. You will plan and manage the marketing and campaigns; manage relationships with poker network providers and key poker affiliates. You will manage the team to operate smoothly, as well as manage the cross functional collaboration marketing with different departments, included operations, casino service, P&E; manage and drive performance that aim to enhance revenue growth and overall performance. 
 
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven knowledge of poker gaming, relevant operations and marketing experience in poker gaming. Hands-on experience in organizing and managing Poker Tournaments and Poker Cash Games. Good knowledge of player acquisition and retention.  Attention to details, able to manage stakeholder relationship. Strong in people management. Excellent communication skills, good command in both English and Chinese.
