HR Manager / HR Assistant Manager

One of the leading company in providing IT solution service in Macau is currently looking for HR Manager/HR Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the team
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staffs
- Oversee the daily workflow of the teams
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Administer or oversee the administration of HR programs
- Responsible for providing audit material and statistic reports, application of non-resident workers application and refining HRIS
- Monthly payroll calculation for the Group, seasonal SSF, professional tax

Requirement:
- University graduate in Human Resources major preferred
- 6 years or above working experience in HR in sizable enterprise
- Capable to work under pressure and fast-moving working situation
- Good interpersonal and team leading skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Intermediate IT knowledge or working experience in IT field is preferable
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
