Human Resources Manager

Our client, a well-known F&B  and retail management group is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager based in Macau.
 
In this role, you will report to the Regional Head of HR based in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the operations in Macau,  responsible for overseeing all aspect of Human Resource management in Macau. You will in charge of manpower planning  and workforce management for existing and up-coming outlets. You will manage employee relations, compensation and benefits; development, implementation and administration of company's human resources programs and HR policies. In addition, you will provide ad-hoc HR administrative support to the management and operations when necessary.
 
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role preferably from a fast paced business environment. (e.g. F&B, retail,  and hotel), knowledge of Macau Labor Law, hands-on experience in all aspect of human resources management especially in recruitment and handling import labors. Sound analytical thinking and problem solving skills, possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship building capabilities with employees at all levels. Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
