Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain gaming products (software/hardware) across client sites.
- Perform repairs on gaming systems in-house or coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Train customers on product operation and provide on-site/remote technical support.
- Conduct QA/QC testing for new releases, report bugs, and collaborate with R&D on product improvements.
- Support global teams with system projects (OS, networking, security).
- Complete documentation (service reports, timesheets, expenses) and perform pre-/post-installation inspections.
- Travel regionally on short notice and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in systems testing/QC (casino systems experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server OS, and network infrastructure/security.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (written/spoken); Mandarin advantageous.
