Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain gaming products (software/hardware) across client sites.
  • Perform repairs on gaming systems in-house or coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Train customers on product operation and provide on-site/remote technical support.
  • Conduct QA/QC testing for new releases, report bugs, and collaborate with R&D on product improvements.
  • Support global teams with system projects (OS, networking, security).
  • Complete documentation (service reports, timesheets, expenses) and perform pre-/post-installation inspections.
  • Travel regionally on short notice and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in systems testing/QC (casino systems experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server OS, and network infrastructure/security.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (written/spoken); Mandarin advantageous.
