Payment & Account Services Specialist (SEA/EA Deposit)

One of the world’s largest online betting company is currently looking for Payment & Account Services Specialist (SEA/EA Deposit) based in Makati, Philippines.

You will be responsible to monitor, process and approve customers’ cash flow transactions, support quality customer service and resolution of issues in timely manner, assess financial risk while maintaining appropriate level of cash flow, identify and escalate any fraudulent transactions.

Ideal candidate should at least hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate; excellent verbal and communication Skills; willing to work on shift; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
