Product and Solution Pre-Sales Engineer

A world leading advanced video surveillance solution provider is currently looking for a Product and Solution Pre-Sales Engineer based in Macau.
 
As a Product and Solution Pre-Sales Engineer, you will perform as a customer point of contact in Macau, provide production selection advice and technical support to customers. You will work with the company's sales department to analyze the needs from customers and provide solution / project plan to customers. You will responsible for delivering new product and technical training to customers, provide technical support to help customers to improve the level of the company's products. You will work with the company's product department to consolidate customer's demand and feedback for product improvement.
 
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 - 5 years relevant working experience with CCTV in technology company/ Casino/ hotel, etc.. Familiar with CCTV products; High level of comfort with technology and its development; Attention to details, great analytical, excellent communication and problem solving skills; Ability to create detailed reports and presentations and to key stakeholders and work closely with them. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Serial port sniffers, NCOM caught will be an advantage.
