Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
- Sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
- Analyzing and matching client requirements with suitable candidates.
- Arranging interviews.
- Negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates.
- Agreeing on weekly KPIs, monthly/quarterly sales targets, and ensuring they are met.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a successful recruitment process.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market insights.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar sales role.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence and excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- A commercially minded and ambitious attitude.
- Comfort with and motivation by a target-driven environment.
- A naturally bright, goal-oriented and tenacious personality.
