Recruitment Specialist

One of the world’s largest online betting company, is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in Manila, Philippines.
 
You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates for the opening vacancies of the company. You will conduct initial CV screen, interview and evaluate candidates based on the job requirements;  You will coordinate with relevant department managers for interview arrangements and further recruitment process. You will  arrange commencement for successfully hired candidates, and coordinate for on boarding arrangement. 
 
The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma  or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Admin., or related discipline. At least 1 - 3  years' experience in recruitment. Have basic understanding of Confidentiality and Non- Disclosure Agreement. Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge in Ms. Office and Job Portals. Fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
