Senior Marketing Associate

A reputed luxury 5 star casino and hotel resort in Macau is currently looking for Senior Marketing Associate.
 
Target Market: Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and assist the potential players to participate all upcoming promotions and events
Obtain players preferences and feedback and use as a marketing tool when develop new events and other incentives
Establish good and kind relationship with patron
 
Requirement:
At least 1-2 years casino marketing related working experience
Self-motivated, passionate about customer service with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of up-selling skill and player development skills
Fluent in English
Fluent in Mandarin or language of the target market
