Vice President of Casino Operations

A well-known Casino Resorts is looking for an experienced candidate to join as a VP of Casino Operations.
 
In this senior position, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Casino operations in particular the service quality and financial performance of both table and electronic/ slot games. You will establish and implement business plans for all gaming activities of the gaming operations. You will ensure compliance requirements are in place and step up on responsible program. You will provide your leadership ability to manage overall daily operations as well as internal people management responsibilities. 
 
The successful candidate for this VP of Casino Operations position should have extensive management experience in Casino operations preferably in a similar leadership role overseeing both table games and slot operations. Ideally you should have strategic thinking on business improvement and yielding; highly innovative mindset that willing to take up challenges for future gaming on productivity and result oriented.  Moreover, you should have strong leadership skills, people management ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
