Visual Merchandising Supervisor

A well-known retail group is looking for a creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Supervisor in Macau. 
 
As a VM Supervisor, you will partner with the group and regional VM teams in designing, planning and implementing on seasonal display development from concept to execution for the stores in Macau. You will work closely with the Store Operation, Marketing and Merchandising teams to make and implement VM activities that alight with the corporate visual standards and able to give direct impact on customer journey and experience in the store. You will participate in new store opening, store refurbishment, as well as the company marketing events planning and execution. Responsible for the promotion graphic design, and liaise with vendors for display production and installation management. Additionally you will support VM trainings to the store operation team.
 
The ideal candidate for this VM Supervisor position should have a genuine excitement for a career in Visual Merchandising. With a bachelor degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design or related disciplines,  and gain at least 5 years practical experience supporting VM operations behind the scenes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS office applications, and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required.
