招聘員 Recruitment Consultant

In order to build upon our continuing success EvolutionHR is looking to recruit driven individuals to join our Recruitment team in Macau. 
 
As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be:
 
Search proactively for candidates with potential by using a number of media including job boards and networking sites.
Analyze and match client requirements with suitable candidates. 
Make interview arrangements. 
Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates.
Agree weekly KPI, monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure they are met.
Build close and long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients by providing excellent customer service.
 
We are looking for an outstanding individual who has:
 
University degree preferable in Human Resources/ Business Admin./ Hospitality/ Retail Management.
With relevant HR recruitment experience is preferred. 
Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Commercially minded and ambitious. 
Comfortable with and motivated by a target-driven environment. 
Naturally bright, goal-oriented and tenacious.
