日常支付運營，確保準確執行並遵守政策。在支付經理指導下支援流程優化和團隊管理。
 
職責：
管理支付專員團隊，確保交易處理零錯誤。
協助開發/優化支付流程與策略。
定期審核操作，確保符合法規及公司政策。
快速解決與支付相關的技術/營運問題。
培訓新進員工，協助快速團隊。
 
要求：
3年以上資金管理或安全領域經驗。
熟悉加密貨幣支付流程及監管要求。
具備領導力、團隊協作及強分析/解決問題的能力。
簡單流暢的中英文口說和寫作能力。
