領導支付運營，確保高效、安全的網上支付平台流程。管理團隊績效，優化工作流程，並確保符合法規要求。
 
職責：
設計/優化符合業界標準的安全支付流程。
監控系統效能，快速解決付款問題。
訓練並指導團隊成員，提升整體效率。
跨部門，協作確保業務無縫對接。
實施反詐欺/反洗錢措施。
進行團隊評估並制定績效指標。
 
要求：
5年以上資金管理安全領域經驗，擁有加密貨幣/區塊鏈 專業知識。
領導力、策略規劃及優秀解決問題。
良好的溝通與跨團隊協作能力。
需精通中英文（口說及書面）。
